Just like weights at the gym, these Kegel balls provide easy and safe resistance training for the pelvic floor, so you build strength and tone fast. Laselle Weighted Exercisers are coated in 100% medical grade silicone and have a small weight in the inner core that moves and swirls with movement. They're available in 3 different individual weights (28g light resistance, 38g moderate resistance and 48g higher resistance) and up to 6 different weight combinations. They can be purchased and used individually or as a set of 3.
HOW TO USE
Laselle Kegel balls are very simple and are best used by those who have prior experience doing Kegel exercises. Once you become familiar with doing Kegels to strengthen your pelvic floor, you can gradually supplement your routine with extra weight, just as you would at the gym!
Laselle Kegel exercisers can be used individually or can be linked together to tailor your routine. Linking the exercises will create more resistance and increase the area to squeeze around. To link, simply loop the retraction cord of the leading ball around the outer ring of the other ball. More instructions for this are included with your exercisers.
Step 1: Select an exerciser or exerciser combination that is most suitable for you. If you're not sure what weight to use, start low and work your way up if required.
Step 2: Keeping the retraction cord outside the body, insert the exerciser(s) into the vagina with a firm but gentle push, using some water-based lubricant for added comfort.
Step 3: Position the exerciser(s) correctly. They should be positioned about 2cm inside the vagina.
USING THE WEIGHT
Once your Kegel ball(s) are inserted, contract your vaginal muscles around the ball(s). Draw upward and hold in place for 2-10 seconds. Relax your muscles so the ball(s) returns to the starting position and repeat.
REMOVAL & CLEANING
To remove the exerciser(s), relax your vaginal muscles, grip the retraction cord and slowly but firmly pull the cord. If the exerciser does not come out easily, try sitting or lying down, relax your body, and repeat the removal instructions.
HOW TO LINK KEGEL BALLS
The daily use of Laselle Kegel Exercisers should not exceed 60 minutes. If you experience any discomfort, remove the exerciser(s) immediately. If discomfort continues to occur, consult your health care provider. You should always clean your Laselle Weighted Exercisers before and after each use according to the cleaning instructions below.
IMPORTANT: If you have confirmed you are pregnant or have given birth within the past 12 months, always consult your health care provider before continuing your Kegel exercising routine.
CLEANING & CARE
Correct cleaning and care will prolong the life of your Laselle Weighted Exercisers and keep them hygienic.
Always wash your exerciser(s) before and after each use with antibacterial soap or Intimina Intimate Accessory Cleaner, and wipe with a lint-free cloth. Never use cleansers containing alcohol, petrol or acetone as they may interfere with your body’s natural balance and damage the silicone of the exerciser.
Intimina recommends that you use a water-based lubricant such as Intimina’s Feminine Moisturiser. Avoid using a silicone-based lubricant as this could make the silicone permanently tacky.
For hygienic keeping, store your exercisers in the provided antibacterial pouch.

- Do not expose to extreme heat or boil
- Consult your physician before using if you have an implanted device or
- have had surgery on your intimate areas
